Knowledge and vision tests must be completed successfully at a New Jersey MVC Agency Driver Testing Center before scheduling the road test..... *. After successful completion of the knowledge and vision tests, a drivers permit is validated for practice with a New Jersey licensed motorcyclist (on a separate motorcycle)...... # The road test may not be taken until at least 20 days from the date of permit validation......You will be allowed up to 30 minutes to familiarize yourself with the scooter before the road test. 1.
